Meet our new Head Brewer - John Sims!
John holds an International Diploma in Brewing Technology from both the Siebel Institute of Technology and Doemens Academy. He's collected numerous awards at state, national, and international levels including 6x from Great American Beer Festival, World Beer Cup, and NC Beer Cup. With almost 30 years of experience creating traditional and experimental styles, we're ecstatic for him to join our team! |
